Hey! It’s me, Nick Larson. I have spent most of my life working in the rental property world as both a contractor and a professional manager. I love Eau Claire, and I love getting to work with so many amazing tenants and property owners.

We have a pretty simple yet robust operation going here. We’ve streamlined a lot of the normal processes that the average property manager goes through. From application to security deposit return, from management contracts to tax preparation, everything is done online and over the phone. This makes it easy for tenants to get quick answers and for property owners to get strong solutions.
